Monthly Report of 1790 Revenues

This report is published monthly based on the revenues remitted through the Department of Revenue’s Clerk of Courts Revenue Remittance System. It provides the ability to track not only the new revenues created by SB 1790 (ch. 2008-111, laws of Florida) but also includes some of the revenues that were increased by the passage of SB 1790, and thus are co-mingled with funds already remitted to both the state General Revenue fund and as well as the Clerk of Court Trust Fund.
