Posting Requests on the flclerks.com RFP/ITN/RFI page

The RFP/ITN/RFI web page on the www.flclerks.com public access site is available to the Clerks' offices. There is no charge for this service.

In order to post a Request For Proposal, Invitation To Negotiate, Request For Information or a Request For Quote on the web site, please submit the following to the attention of the webmaster at support@flclerks.com:

Adobe pdf document

NOTE: File names should NOT include spaces between words. Please use one of the following formats: AnyCountyRequestForQuote or Any_County_Request_For_Quote.

Please be sure to include your County name, contact person, e-mail address, any special instructions not included in the request, and the termination date for responses. You will be notified when the request is posted, usually within 3-5 working days.
